Competition & Full-Field Excellence
We Don’t Guess. We Grade. At FTBL Academy, “Good Job” is not feedback. It is noise. We evaluate every student on four specific pillars using the T.I.P.S. Model.
Can the student control the ball with both feet at speed?
Curriculum Focus: Ball Mastery, 1v1 Moves, Passing Mechanics.
The Standard: 1,000 touches per 60-minute Lab.
Can the student solve the puzzle of the game?
Curriculum Focus: Scanning frequency, body orientation, finding space.
The Standard: Every player must “Check their shoulder” before receiving.
How does the student react to failure?
Curriculum Focus: Leadership, communication, and the “5-Second Rule” (reaction to losing the ball).
The Standard: We do not tolerate “head down” body language.
How fast can the student process information?
Curriculum Focus: Cognitive reaction speed and multi-directional agility.
The Standard: Playing fast > Running fast.
In traditional clubs, you pay your fees and hope your child improves. You rarely get honest feedback.
We changed that. Every quarter, FTBL Academy students receive a Player Passport Audit. This document breaks down their development across the T.I.P.S. metrics, identifying their “Superpower” and their “Growth Area.”
