Whether you are touching a ball for the first time or looking to sharpen your club skills, every great footballer starts with the Foundation.
At FTBL Academy, we believe that every child deserves professional-grade instruction, not just the “elite.” That is why we created The Foundation Lab.
This is the universal entry point for ALL FTBL students. We do not separate players by “A Team” or “B Team” here. We separate them by Developmental Stage.
Starting their soccer journey and needing to learn the basics correctly.
Dominating their weekend games but needing more technical challenge during the week.
Looking for extra “reps” to fix a weak foot or improve ball mastery.
We don't do "Tryouts." We do an Audit. Sign up for a standard training session. Our coaches will evaluate your player’s current level (T.I.P.S.) in a low-stress environment while they have fun training with the group.
After the session, we place your child in the correct training group based on their Ability, not just their age.
Foundation One: Ball Mastery (Confidence)
Foundation Two: Advanced Technical (Insight)
For those who want more, the Foundation Lab is the only pathway to our Competitive Teams. We select our team rosters exclusively from this training pool, but there is never pressure to join a team if you just want to train!
We don’t roll out the ball and scrimmage. We teach.
1,000 Touches: Every student touches the ball more in 60 minutes here than in a month of recreational practice.
The Coerver Method: We focus on 1v1 moves, changes of direction, and ball control.
The “No Lines” Rule: We hate standing in line. Our sessions are active, high-energy, and engaging from minute one.
Flexible options for busy families.

Monthly Tuition:
Q: My child plays AYSO. Can they still do this?
A: Yes! In fact, most of our students play AYSO on weekends and come to us during the week for their “Technical Tutoring.” We complement their team schedule perfectly.
Q: Is this a team?
A: No. This is a Training Program (like a martial arts dojo or dance studio). There are no weekend games required. If you want to play on a team later, we select players from this group, but it is not mandatory.
Q: Do I need to buy the uniform?
A: For your first session (Evaluation), wear comfortable athletic clothes. Once you enroll officially, you can purchase the FTBL Training Kit to ensure professional standards.
Your First Session is a FREE Evaluation. Come meet the coaches, see the training, and experience “The FTBL Way” of training.
