An introductory curriculum designed to build coordination, confidence, and absolute comfort with the ball for the beginning player.
Who is this for?
This program is designed for the Initiation Stage.
Experience: Absolute beginners or players with 0–2 seasons of rec experience.
Focus: Building a relationship with the ball.
Prerequisite: None. Open to all energetic learners.
What we teach.
In Foundation One, we ignore “tactics” to focus entirely on “mechanics.” A player cannot play the game if they are fighting the ball.
Ball Mastery: Using all surfaces of the foot (inside, outside, sole, laces).
Motor Literacy: Coordination, balance, and agility without the ball.
Dribbling Mechanics: Keeping the ball close while moving at speed.
Directional Changes: The “Stop & Go” and the “Turn.”
The Outcome
The goal is Confidence. We want students to graduate from Foundation One with their eyes up, not staring at their feet, ready to enter a team environment without anxiety.
Does your child belong in Foundation One?
We don’t guess. We evaluate. Book a free session to see if this is the right starting point.
