Syllabus

What we teach.

In Foundation One, we ignore “tactics” to focus entirely on “mechanics.” A player cannot play the game if they are fighting the ball.

  • Ball Mastery: Using all surfaces of the foot (inside, outside, sole, laces).

  • Motor Literacy: Coordination, balance, and agility without the ball.

  • Dribbling Mechanics: Keeping the ball close while moving at speed.

  • Directional Changes: The “Stop & Go” and the “Turn.”

The Outcome

The goal is Confidence. We want students to graduate from Foundation One with their eyes up, not staring at their feet, ready to enter a team environment without anxiety.
