Goalkeeping is a separate sport within the sport. We isolate our keepers to work on the unique demands of the position.
Handling: The “W” catch, scoop, and high balls.
Shot Stopping: Diving mechanics, angles, and reaction speed.
Distribution: Playing out from the back with feet and hands.
Command: Communication and organizing the defense.
