The standard is simple: 1,000 touches. Zero distractions. One goal.
We Don’t Scrimmage. We Study. Most youth practices are 15 minutes of drills and 45 minutes of chaotic scrimmaging. That is why players don’t improve. The FTBL Lab is different. We treat the field like a classroom. Every session is a 60-minute “lesson” focused on a specific theme from our annual curriculum.
Unlike solo practice, group sessions force players to scan, react, and execute under pressure.
We maximize "touches per minute," ensuring no player is standing in line.
Training alongside peers pushes players out of their comfort zones, fostering a "Lead" mentality.
Is your child overwhelmed in chaotic games? Are they “hiding” on the field? We strip away the pressure. In the Foundation Lab, we focus on High-Repetition Technical Confidence. Your child will get 1,000 touches per session, mastering the relationship between foot and ball before we ask them to compete.
Key Focus: Ball Mastery • 1v1 Bravery • Love of the Game
For Beginners & Early Learners (0–2 Years Experience).
Is your child bored? Are they physically dominant but tactically stagnant? We increase the cognitive load. In the Prep Lab, we focus on High-Touch Tactical Application. We teach the “Geometry of the Game” training players to make split-second decisions in tight spaces.
Key Focus: Speed of Thought and Speed of Play • Spatial Awareness • 1v1 and 2v2 Dominance • Communication
For Advanced & Club-Ready Players (2–5+ Years Experience).
No hidden league fees. No volunteer coaches. You pay for youth development, focused purely on the player.
Whether you are escaping the chaos of Rec soccer or looking for an advanced technical edge, the proof is in the training. Come meet the coaching staff, see our session model in action, and watch your child fall in love with the game.
