We Don't Just Train Feet.
We Train Minds.

The modern game is won in the split-second before the ball arrives. Our curriculum is designed to create the “Total Footballer.”

The DNA: The FTBL Way

The Best of Three Worlds. Most American coaching focuses on “Athleticism.” We focus on Intelligence. Our unique curriculum blends three proven European schools of thought into a single developmental pathway:

The Technical Base

  • Origin: Wiel Coerver (The Einstein of Football).

  • The Focus: Absolute mastery of the ball. 1v1 dominance. Ambidexterity.

  • The Result: A player who never panics under pressure.

The Tactical Mind

  • Origin: Ajax Youth Academy – Amsterdam, Netherlands.

  • The Focus: Absolute mastery of the ball. 1v1 dominance. Ambidexterity.

  • The Result: A player who never panics under pressure.

The Competitive Spirit

  • Origin: Croatian Grit.

  • The Focus: Resilience. Duel-winning. “Street Smarts.”

  • The Result: A player who never panics under pressure.

The Foundation Academy

Master the fundamentals in a dynamic, social environment. Our Small Group sessions maintain a low player-to-coach ratio to ensure every child gets the attention they deserve while thriving in a team-like setting.
  • Technical Mastery: Focus on first touch, passing accuracy, and ball control.

  • Social Development: Build confidence through friendly competition and teamwork.

  • High Repetition: More touches on the ball than a standard team practice.

Ages 4–14 | Group Training for All Skill Levels

The Technical Lab

For the player who wants to bridge the gap between “good” and “great.” Our Semi-Private sessions (2–5 players) allow for specialized, position-specific training tailored to the individual’s goals.
  • Tailored Curriculum: Programs designed around specific player weaknesses and strengths.

  • Game Intelligence: Deep dives into spatial awareness, decision-making, and tactical movement.

  • Game Intensity: Train alongside like-minded, high-level peers to push your physical limits.

Competition & Full-Field Excellence

The T.I.P.S. Model (Our Grading System)

We Don’t Guess. We Grade. At FTBL Academy, “Good Job” is not feedback. It is noise. We evaluate every student on four specific pillars using the T.I.P.S. Model.

T - Technique (The Tools)

Can the student control the ball with both feet at speed?

  • Curriculum Focus: Ball Mastery, 1v1 Moves, Passing Mechanics.

  • The Standard: 1,000 touches per 60-minute Lab.

I - Insight (The Brain)

Can the student solve the puzzle of the game?

  • Curriculum Focus: Scanning frequency, body orientation, finding space.

  • The Standard: Every player must “Check their shoulder” before receiving.

P - Personality (The Heart)

How does the student react to failure?

  • Curriculum Focus: Leadership, communication, and the “5-Second Rule” (reaction to losing the ball).

  • The Standard: We do not tolerate “head down” body language.

S - Speed (The Engine)

How fast can the student process information?

  • Curriculum Focus: Cognitive reaction speed and multi-directional agility.

  • The Standard: Playing fast > Running fast.

The Player Passport: Your Child’s Quarterly Report Card.

In traditional clubs, you pay your fees and hope your child improves. You rarely get honest feedback.

We changed that. Every quarter, FTBL Academy students receive a Player Passport Audit. This document breaks down their development across the T.I.P.S. metrics, identifying their “Superpower” and their “Growth Area.”

  • Transparent Data.

  • Specific Goals.

  • No Fluff.
