FTBL Academy will be taking the appropriate measures to ensure the safety of all its athletes, coaches, and families.
Pick Up & Drop Off
- Players should arrive 5 minutes before training begins and be picked up promptly at the end of the sessions.
- Pickup and drop off in parking lot.
Safety Protocols
- We will train in groups of maximum 10 Players: 1 Coach.
- Players must bring their own BALL and WATER BOTTLE.
- If players are not feeling well or are in close proximity with someone who is ill, they must not attend live training sessions.
Training Plans
- Sessions will be led and designed by Coach Rafael. These sessions will look similar to the FTBL Academy Curriculum in terms of their format and structure.
- Training will be technically focused with an emphasis on individual ball mastery, dribbling, and passing/shooting using small and large goals.
- Sessions will be themed and progressive with the goals to: 1) Have Fun 2) Improve all players technical abilities with the ball 3) Create a high fitness level for all players.
