Nothing improvised. Every drill has a reason. Every minute has a plan.
No. 2
Every player, four dimensions.
Technique. Insight. Personality. Speed. The TIPS framework runs on every player, every quarter.
No. 3
Every minute, on the ball.
No laps. No line drills. No standing around. Touches, touches, touches.
The five programs.
Pick the setting. The method doesn't change.
Same curriculum. Same coaching. Same uncompromising standard. What changes is the setting — group, small-group, one-on-one, or seasonal. Find the one that fits your player right now. You can always move.

How we coach (the short version)
The FTBL Way is a fusion of three traditions — ball mastery from the Dutch school, spatial awareness from the Amsterdam playbook, transition intensity from the Croatian game. We acknowledge where it comes from. We don’t use it as a marketing line.
What it means on the field:
Every session is curriculum-based. Nothing improvised. Every drill has a reason.
Every player is evaluated across four dimensions. Technique. Insight. Personality. Speed.
Every minute is touches on the ball. We don’t run laps. We don’t do line drills. We don’t stand around.
