Train like it matters.

Every FTBL training program is built on the same belief: kids don’t need more games. They need more touches. More education. More reps on the weak foot, the first touch, the 1v1. The stuff that actually builds a player!

The programs

More touches. More joy. Más fútbol.

01

Foundation One · Ages 4–10

Group training for players starting their climb. 60 minutes, Monday through Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 10am. Ball mastery, first touch, 1v1 confidence. The base everything else is built on. → Foundation One

02

Foundation Two · Ages 8–14

The advanced group. 75 minutes, Monday through Friday at 6:15pm. Same five core skills, played faster, under more pressure, with bigger decisions. → Foundation Two

03

Semi-private training · By evaluation

Two to four players, matched by level, training together. The economics of a group session with the attention of a private. Invite-only — we evaluate fit first. → Semi-private training

01

Private training · All ages

One player, one coach, one hour. The fastest way to fix a specific gap — weak foot, shot mechanics, body position, first touch under pressure. For players who need focused reps and honest feedback. → Private training

02

Camps & clinics · Seasonal

Full-day training during school breaks. Summer, winter, spring. Same methodology, concentrated — a week of camp is a month of group training in touches on the ball. → Camps & clinics

03

Semi-private training · By evaluation

Two to four players, matched by level, training together. The economics of a group session with the attention of a private. Invite-only — we evaluate fit first. → Semi-private training

How we coach (the short version)

The FTBL Way is a fusion of three traditions — ball mastery from the Dutch school, spatial awareness from the Amsterdam playbook, transition intensity from the Croatian game. We acknowledge where it comes from. We don’t use it as a marketing line.

What it means on the field:

  • Every session is curriculum-based. Nothing improvised. Every drill has a reason.
  • Every player is evaluated across four dimensions. Technique. Insight. Personality. Speed.
  • Every minute is touches on the ball. We don’t run laps. We don’t do line drills. We don’t stand around.
