A free first soccer session at The Lab in East Pasadena, for players 5 to 14. No closed doors, no secret methods. What you see on a random Tuesday is what we do every day. The first session is free, it’s a real session, and it’s the placement: a coach watches, then tells you where your player starts.

Sessions start on the minute. Park in the lot next to the field.
With the group we think fits: 60 minutes for Foundation One, 75 for Foundation Two. You watch the whole thing.

Cleats, shin guards under socks, water. We have balls if you don’t.

Sessions start on the minute. Players arrive ten minutes early to get their boots laced and their minds right.
We don’t run laps. We don’t stand in lines.
We coach the detail. We’ll stop a drill to fix a bad first touch, and we’ll tell a player exactly what they did and how to fix it.
Free. No tryout. The coach places your player after the session; you never pick a level.
